Conditions of participation

The competition is organised by Mey Handels GmbH, Auf Steingen 6, 72459 Albstadt. The competition is open to residents of Germany, Austria, the Netherlands or Switzerland who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the mey group of companies and its affiliated companies are excluded. By confirming the terms and conditions of participation, you agree that we may use your personal data for the purpose of processing the prize draw data. 

By entering personal data and confirming the terms and conditions of participation, you agree that you wish to participate in the competition voluntarily (Art. 6 para. 1, p.1 lit a DS-GVO) and that we may use your personal data for processing the competition data. We process your personal data only in compliance with the relevant data protection provisions. Insofar as personal data is collected as part of the competition, it will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition, insofar as it is necessary for processing (Art. 6 para. 1, p. 1 lit. b DS-GVO) and deleted by mey after the competition has ended.  Further data protection information is available at https://www.mey.com/en/legal/privacy-policy.

Participation is only valid during the specified period from 22.09.2023 - 08.10.2023 23:59, so that the prize will be drawn by lot among all participants after the end of the specified date.  The prize is one of 20 Weekender bags. The prizes will not be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged.

After successful participation in the competition, a registration link will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided, which must be confirmed by clicking on the link no later than 08.10.2023 at 23:59:59 hrs. By confirming the e-mail address via the registration link, the participating person automatically takes part in the prize draw and will be informed about promotions and trends by newsletter in the future. A confirmation email will then be sent

The winners will be drawn and contacted directly by e-mail. The formalities for handing over the prize will be clarified with the winner. To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for any defects in the prize and is released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize.
