Payment
You can choose from a variety of payment methods. Discounts may not be deducted.
Credit card
We accept VISA, Mastercard or American Express credit cards. If you would like to pay by credit card, please enter the credit card number, the 3-digit card verification code, the expiry date and the credit card holder
when placing your order. You will find the card verification code on the back of your credit card (in the signature box). As we do not store your credit card details, you will need to re-enter your card details with every new order.
To ensure maximum security, you can use the 3D Secure Standard when you pay by credit card.
PayPal
PayPal is the online payment service that lets you pay safely, easily and fast – and your PayPal account won’t cost you a cent. Your bank or credit card details are only stored by PayPal. Therefore they are not transmitted via the Internet every time you make a new online purchase, making PayPal payments especially safe. What’s more, paying with PayPal couldn’t be simpler. All it takes is just two clicks because with each transaction you access the bank or credit card details stored with PayPal, so there’s no need to re-enter them with each new purchase. In most cases your goods will also arrive sooner because PayPal payments are effected quickly. This means the seller can dispatch the goods immediately and you usually receive them faster and thus the goods can be shipped more quickly.

Sofort.
If Sofort is used for payment, you can use your online banking data to order from our online shop. You will need the country of your bank, the bank name, your IBAN or BIC as well as the alias/VR-NetKey, your PIN code and the TAN for your online banking. After submitting your order, you will be automatically redirected to the safe payment form of Sofort GmbH (A Klarna Group Company). Complete the form by entering your data. Immediately thereafter, your transaction will be confirmed and the sum will be credited directly to Mey. In principle, anyone with an activated online banking account with a PIN/TAN system can use Sofort as a payment method. Please note that a small number of banks do not offer Sofort yet. iDEAL
If you would like to pay for your order on the Mey online shop with iDEAL, you can process the payment directly through your Dutch bank. You pay using your mobile banking app or with the standard online banking system of your bank. It is not necessary to register; all you need is a bank account at one of the following banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, Revolut, SNS, Svenska Handelsbanken, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot.

Purchase on account with Klarna
With this payment method, you have 14 days from the day of billing to pay the invoice for your order. The invoice will be sent with your items by mey. All invoices can be viewed at any time on the Klarna website or in the Klarna app. Please pay your invoice on time to avoid late charges.

TWINT
The payment method TWINT can be used in the online shop. To do so, you will need a Swiss mobile number, a Swiss bank account and the TWINT app. During a payment process, a QR code and a five-digit payment code will be displayed in the online shop. Open the TWINT app and scan the QR code or enter the five-digit code. Please check the recipient and amount and approve the payment. Confirm the amount with “Okay”. Click “Close”, to return to the mey online shop.

Amazon Pay
Payment via Amazon allows you to use your customer data stored with Amazon.co.uk for your online purchases in our eShop, without having to disclose your payment information. If you already have an Amazon.co.uk customer account, you can pay straight away using the method of payment stored there – either direct debit or credit card. To do so, just click on the “Pay via Amazon” button in the shopping cart and login to your Amazon account. Next, select from your delivery addresses and methods of payment and complete your purchase. Your bank account or credit card will only be debited after delivery of your order to your delivery address has been confirmed. Amazon Payments does not share the payment details stored in your Amazon.co.uk customer account with us and you do not need to enter them when placing an order either. What’s more, Amazon Payments offers you the same reliable payment and security guarantee as amazon.co.uk.

Pay by invoice (within Germany)
Shop easily and safely and pay up to €400 on account! The invoice will be enclosed with your package. Please note that when making purchases on account, your delivery and billing address must be identical. Items cannot be delivered to a Packstation with purchases on account. You only pay when you have seen your order and are sure that you like it.

In the event of a negative check, we reserve the right not to process your order any further unless the payment methods we propose are used (e.g. prepayment). Defaults on payment may incur interest on arrears and other costs.
